The agreement was made with IT-Forsyningen which is a merging of IT operations and support for the municipalities of Ballerup, Egedal and Furesø. With the agreement all institutions and departments in the three municipalities have access to Gruppe-SMS.dk and Computopic's SMS-Gateway. Furesø Library are already satisfied users of the system and with the agreement, all the municipalities departments now have easy access to communication with both citizens and employees. All employees will now be notified by SMS when crashes and updates of municipalities dedicated systems occur. Employees will also be able to notify citizens on upcoming meetings and events via Gruppe-SMS.dk or directly through Outlook calendar. The SMS solution will also be integrated directly into the municipalities' various specialized systems, including libraries and in dentistry.

Gruppe-SMS.dk is a web-based administration tool for sending SMS's. You can administrate groups and users through an easy-to-use user interface. Gruppe-SMS.dk has a hierarchical structure which ensures you always have a good overview, even in a large organization. It alse makes it possible to administrate seperate levels. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe themselves through the two-way communication, participate in competitions, send feedback and much more.
